Returns & Satisfaction

Every handcrafted treat from Jack’s Sweets is made with love and premium ingredients.

Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates and strawberries, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority for every Jacksonville order.

If there is an issue with your order, please notify our boutique within 24 hours of receipt for a resolution.

Order Pickups

Jacksonville, Florida

Please transport your chocolates in a cool, climate-controlled vehicle. Heat is the enemy of fine chocolate! We cannot offer refunds for items that melt or bloom due to improper storage after they leave our artisanal kitchen.

Gifts:

If you received a Jack’s Sweets box as a gift and have concerns, we are happy to offer a boutique credit for future sweetness. Please reach out with the gifter's name and a clear photo of the product received.

For orders cancelled by the purchaser with sufficient notice, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, excluding the initial non-refundable deposit.
